Before joining DIF team in February 2023, Taras Zhovtenko worked as an Associate Professor and guest lecturer of special courses on national/international security, hybrid warfare, military policy in the National University “Ostroh academy” and Ukrainian Catholic University, was a government employee and an international/information security Subject Matter Expert with Ukrainian and US think tanks, security and government institutions.
He is a Member of the Public Advisory Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Taras Zhovtenko holds a PhD in National Security and authors over 100 scientific publications and analysis papers in Ukrainian and international journals.
