Ukrainian think tank: China's restrictions on drone exports have caused a supply gap for the Ukrainian army

Petro Burkovskiy, Executive Director of the Democratic Initiatives Foundation,  gave an exclusive interview to Phoenix TV.  He noted that due to China's restrictions on the export of certain drones, there is a shortage of drones needed by the Ukrainian army. In addition, he noted that although Ukraine's energy reserves are more adequate this winter than last year, the situation remains sad.
