Kremlin's propaganda has created ideological background for the genocide of Ukrainians

What happened in Bucha, Mariupol and many other places of Ukraine haven’t been done by chance. It’s a result of Russian anti-human, anti-Ukrainian propaganda, which was conducted for at least decade, says Olexiy Haran, Prof. of Comparative Politics, University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy, Research Director at the  Democratic Initiatives Foundation. If you imagine this soldiers who for at least decade were in this propaganda, you can imagine how they would behave against civilians. However, now it’s possible to get alternative view, it’s possible to see the stories, videos and photos of what had been done to civilians in Ukraine. So Putin’s propaganda is responsible, Russian military is responsible, but Russian society is also responsible.
