Emmanuel Macron - the president of France spoke out this week about the need for security guarantees for Russia. Given the obvious facts, such as that it was Russia that invaded its neighbour, it is hard to imagine why would anyone give such guarantees to an aggressor. We all want the war in Ukraine to end, the time since the 24th of February has witnessed human tragedies caused by the neo imperial ambitions of Vladimir Putin. How can this horror end?
