Public opinion poll was conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv “Democratic Initiatives” Foundation together with the Center for Political Sociology from August 24 to September 6, 2020. In total, 1,000 respondents were polled: 500 respondents within a representative sample in Zakarpattia region (in 6 cities and 15 villages of the region) and 500 respondents representing national minorities (including 300 Hungarians and 200 representatives of Roma, Romanian and Slovak communities) in areas of their compact settlement. Both samples are representative of such indicators as gender, age, settlement type and place of residence. Maximum random error of the survey (without taking into account national minorities booster sample and design effect) does not exceed 4.4% with a 95% confidence interval.
